This project transformed a rural property into a residential enclave of custom homes, adhering to North Attleboro’s Environmentally Friendly Open Space Development (EFOSD) regulations. The client aimed to utilize existing foundations for distinct single-family residences integrated into a cohesive strategy. The process required extensive coordination across land planning, permitting, site design, and architectural home design. A primary challenge was balancing development goals with conservation, protecting significant open space while establishing private access and buildable lots. Flow Design Architects navigated multiple design iterations and permitting requirements to maximize property value while preserving its rural character.
