The project creates a mixed-use development merging ground-floor commercial space with residential units above. Managing irregular geometry, parking mandates, and vertical circulation, the team developed efficient, livable layouts. Flow integrated diverse unit types and elevator access, ensuring the building supports long-term value and neighborhood revitalization.
