This project involved designing a custom home for first-time owners on a scenic Fiske Pond lot in Holliston. We guided the clients through the design process, translating their vision into reality while navigating development changes. Providing education on budget, timeline, and functionality was key. We collaborated with DGT Associates to manage site constraints, including grading, drainage, and local wetland zoning regulations.
