DONT TELL AUNTI FIT UP - RESTAURANT FIT UP

This project transformed a ±2,894 SF space on Boylston Street into “Don’t Tell Aunty.” The primary challenge was navigating evolving Massachusetts plumbing codes, which impacted occupancy planning. As regulations shifted, we adjusted restroom fixture counts while balancing the owner’s capacity goals with strict requirements, optimizing the layout to include necessary fixtures without sacrificing dining or kitchen space. Working with Two Point Zero and our consultants, we ensured the design met all safety and accessibility standards while delivering a high-energy destination featuring a full bar, open kitchen, and seasonal patio.
